We accept refund and return requests in accordance with the terms below.

Order cancellation: Orders may be canceled before production begins. If a personalized order has already entered production, cancellation may no longer be available or may be subject to partial charges based on work already completed.

Non-personalized items: Eligible for return within 30 days after delivery if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Personalized or made-to-order items: Generally not eligible for return or exchange for customer preference reasons, including change of mind, size selection, or approved design choices.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the personalization details submitted with the order, contact us within 15 days after delivery. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the return or verification of the issue. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
