Returns & Exchanges
Tiuous accepts return and refund requests in accordance with the terms below. If you need help, please contact support@tiuous.com before sending any item back.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before production begins. If a personalized order has already entered production, cancellation may no longer be available or may be subject to partial charges based on work already completed.
Returns for Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Items
Because personalized items are made specifically for each order, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange for customer preference reasons, including size selection, change of mind, or design preferences approved at checkout.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the personalization details submitted with the order, please contact us within 15 days after delivery with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a confirmed quality issue, we will cover the applicable return-related cost. If the return is not caused by a quality issue or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do not return any item to the manufacturer or any address not provided by our customer service team. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refund Processing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
